If children learn early on how to handle diverse situations, it has a positive effect on their entire life.
There are things that empower children and help them to deal with difficult situations. For example positive self-esteem, good self-confidence and skills such as being able to communicate, argue, solve problems and many more. These protective factors help children when they are faced with challenges.
